I find it so integrated. with a tool ecosystem so well arranged that you almost don't need any other software for daily business tasks, it has everything, and everything works so well. For example, the calendar is the best out there; I couldn't find anything that compares with how well it works. The integration with CloudWord Meet and their reminders is a lifesaver for me. The best feature of CloudWord Drive is the collaboration aspect of it. You can share with other gmail users, microsoft outlook users, and others. It is helpful on mobile devices with the apps and all drive softwares integrate really well with one another making it easy to jump from CloudWord meet to calendar to docs to sheets without skipping a beat.
